Brizy v.2.6.8 should be fixed asap
Hello,
It's been a week now with several people bringing forth different problematic aspects of the same issue with Brizy's v.2.6.8
For my business, this has quickly escalated to a real daily problem as I literally cannot respond to any of my clients' requests on content updates with the "image failed to upload" when in fact the file is in the media folder (please check this video that proves it https://youtu.be/a69BzLuAlv4 )
In order to be able to respond I have rolled-back to v.2.6.4 (with Pro at v.2.6.3) but everyday the automated update system residing outside WP re-installs v.2.6.8 and I have to swiftly step-in and get it back to the previous version. This is becoming frustrating.
Please let us not get into the troubleshooting process again to deactivate all plugins, themes, etc as I've been there several times this last week and it is extremely counter-productive for my business.
Please escalate as soon as possible this issue along with the comments of other users which belong in the same sphere (the majority of users most probably have not realised it yet as they may serve a cached version of a site).
I understand that it takes time for your development team to isolate and address the issue(s) but it has to start (actually it should have some days ago as this is not a minor thing).
Thank you for your consideration.
Best regards,
Thanasis

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your concerns and providing the video for reference. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and the frustration it’s bringing to your workflow.
The update to address the issues with version 2.6.8 is currently in beta testing. I understand how disruptive this situation is, and I appreciate your patience as we work on it.
If there’s anything else I can assist you with, please let me know.

I have a site that can't save a page, and my header and footer have disappeared on the front end.
Also have another site with the issue mentioned above. Glad it is being worked on. What about the can't save?

Just wanted to say I agree with this. I can't have clients websites not displaying properly. Thanks

Hi Justin,
Thank you for your cooperation.
The header and footer are now visible. This was resolved by making small adjustments to the global header and footer (adding 1px) and saving the changes. This triggered the Brizy Compiler to update, after which we reverted the changes.
To fix the saving issue, please set WordFence to Learning Mode.
