Can you please assist us in diagnosing the problem with one of my student?
It has an email address of 

Name: Tshisuaka Tshibangu

Email: ctshibangu2018@gmail.com can you also give him an ssl certificate as we can see an ssl error below when we type in his url. We hope that this would work. Thank you for the help.
