    Hello Taylor,

    We apologize for the ongoing issue. Are you seeing this when attempting to edit your student credentials? When accessing your cloud dashboard and clicking on "Edit" icon for a student, I see the Student profile screen. Have a look at the screen recording at https://jmp.sh/zcy50M6u  What steps should we follow to see the above error?
