How to move a project between workspaces

I created a project in a workspace with a free trial and invited by a 3rd party person.

Now I moved to a paid plan with my new workspace and I would like to copy my project in that workspace but I coundn't find how to do that.

The duplicate option in the ... menu of the project does not allow to chose a destination workspace for instance

Any help is welcome
