How do I navigate your complex billing

    Hello Max,

    You have two plans in your account 

    1. Personal Cloud legacy plan (a plan which is no more available for purchase) for $9/month 
    2. Personal Cloud current plan for $19/month

    These two plans are not designed to be stacked within a single account. Stacking of the two plan in your account has caused some limitations in your dashboard. 

    1. On the pricing it says "additional site $17/mo": The "Additional site $17/mo" mentioned in the pricing page is possible if you transfer one of your plans to a new Brizy account. Additional site will then be available to you at $17/month

    2. How can I buy one additional site? It seems I can only buy the next tier $69/mo.  After transferring one of your plans to a new account, you can follow the process suggested at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/20391439518354 to add additional PRO licenses.  

    3. Why am I getting billed twice per month? You are getting billed twice a month because you have signed for two different Brizy plans. Until you cancel one of your plans, your subscription will continue

    4. Why do you not have chat live support? At the moment, we offer only email support and Forum support. Hopefully sometime in the future, we may offer chat support

    5. It says I must buy PRO now to "activate" the header that once worked. Since you have stacked a legacy plan with a current plan, it is currently difficult to configure your dashboard to use two PRO licenses. If you transfer one of your plans to a new Brizy account, this issue can be resolved.
