Brizy Pro not working
Hey team, I have an issue with my cloud account. It says I don't have the pro version in the editor but I do have the pro version, I have had it for years. In the menu it says the site is on the pro version. What do i need to do to fix this? Thanks

You have two subscriptions in your account
- Freelancer Cloud legacy plan (which is no more available for purchase)
- Freelancer WordPress (current) plan
These two plans are not designed to be stacked within a single account. The issue that you are facing now it due to stacking of a legacy plan with a currently available plan.
Would you mind transferring your Freelancer WordPress to a different account? Kindly sign up for a new Brizy account and and let us know your new account email. We will then transfer your Freelancer WordPress plan to the new account. We can then fix the issue with activating PRO features in your Freelancer Cloud legacy plan.
