Brizy Builder (Wordpress). "An error has happened" while editing an element
Hi,
I've been working with Brizy for WordPress for almost 4 years and it has been a good experience so far.
However, I'm now working on a website and I keep getting an error when I want to edit an element such as a button, an icon or an image:
"An error has happened while trying to display this element."
It seems only content (text) is editable.
How can it be solved?
Everything is up to date, I'm using Brizy Pro.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please try to isolate the issue by deactivating all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if a plugin conflict is causing the problem. If this resolves the issue, re-enable each plugin one by one, testing and editing your pages each time until the issue reappears. This should help identify the conflicting plugin.
If the issue persists, could you provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin? This will allow us to investigate further. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the login details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

I used the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and activated only Brizy and Brizy PRO. The problem persists.
I added you as administrator. Could you please check what is wrong?

Thank you for your cooperation.
I noticed that you’re currently using Brizy v2.5.10 and Brizy Pro v2.6.4. There appears to be a version mismatch. To resolve this, we've installed these versions.
The current versions are working properly for now, please don't update them until we have a fix for this issue.
