Pro features not working on a paid plan account

Hi,

We are having difficulties with our pro features not working. We are on a lifetime pro licence for brizy cloud but the features are not working. When trying to connect the domain, it says that we need a pro licence for this to work. It has been working fine up until now so i am not sure what has changed. 

Please can you see whether our pro features can be fixed?

  Hello

  Kindly select the "Activate PRO" option in your project thumbnail to activate pro features on a free project. The FREE and PRO labels on the project helps you identify if a project uses free or pro features.

  I have activated the license and still have this on the project, it won't let me connect the domain. The project file is in the "industry collaboration zone" and is called ICZ website

  Hello 

  We have fixed the above issue on your dashboard. Now all your projects have access to pro features.
