brizy: an error happened while trying to display this element. How to fix?

None of your suggestions worked. All plugins except Brizy are disabled. First time coming back to site to edit in 8 months. Nothing has changed since the last updates to the pages or. elements (buttons). Currently running Brizy Pro Version 2.6.4 and Brizy Version 2.510.

Not being asked to update.

  Hello Kevin,

  The latest Brizy versions are Brizy 2.6.8 and Brizy Pro 2.6.4. 

  

  While your Brizy Pro appears up to date, Brizy plugin is out dated. Kindly deactivate and delete Brizy plugin and reinstall it from the WordPress plugins repository and check if the issue persists.

   

  Make a minor change to one of the pages (like adding a space at the end of a paragraph) and save your work by clicking on the "Update" button and check if the issue resolves. Kindly get back to us with your findings

  I tried this. We had version 2.5 of the Brizy-Page Builder plugin installed (we also have the Pro version). I deactivated the 2.5 version, then installed the 2.6.17 version. When I activated the newer version, it prompted me to update once again, the installed the 2.5 version back.
