Invited team members unable to access workspaces
My user account used to submit this support ticket has 2 workspaces under it. Ive invited 3 team members to the workspaces but they are unable to access it - they get a message that says 'Your 14 Days Trial Has Expired' when they go to log in.
I've reinitiated the invite for 2 users but they have not gotten the emails.
Please assist. Thanks

We apologise for the inconvenience. We were experiencing an issue with the email notifications in Brizy Cloud and hence the invitation emails could not be delivered. The issue was fixed on Sunday, 19th January. Please check again if you can add a Team Member to your workspace. If the issue persists, kindly share with us your Workspace name. We will take a look.
