Could you please try duplicating the form and reconfiguring it? If the duplicate works correctly, you can delete the original form.

I'm suddenly getting the same problem on my site as well and the client is not receiving the emails from the form. Seems like there is a system problem going on here. We cannot access the form beyond this spinning circle.
When we duplicated the form the problem when away but it appears like there is a bigger issue to resolve here with the code becoming corrupted and there is no way of knowing that this has happened until the client tells you that they have suddenly stopped getting leads - which has cost them a lot of money in lost business! Please investigate this issue further because I'm sure there are many other Brizy Cloud users that have the same problem occurring without them knowing.

We apologise for the inconvenience. We were experiencing an issue with the email notification delivery in Brizy Cloud on Saturday. It was fixed on Sunday, 19th January. Please check again if your contact form can send emails . If the issue persists, kindly share with us the URL of your contact page. We will take a look.0
