    Hi Joel,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Would you be able to try duplicating the form and reconnecting it? If the duplicated form works properly, then you can go ahead and delete the original form. Also please try using a different email address and see if that helps.

    Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I deleted the contact form and re-created a new one (instead of duplicating it)  and I added a different email (for testing) instead of using what the client added in the original form.

    Still not receiving emails.

    I left alone for another day. Did another test. No emails coming through. Leads section shows list of data though.

    This is a landing page for a client I am trying to troubleshoot. Email list in the original form were three gmail accounts plus a company email account. I'm not sure if adding a company email on the list messed this up ie. the client added, for example: 'name@xyzcompany.com' along with the other three gmail account. 

    Will do another email test again tomorrow.

    Hello Joel,

    We apologise for the inconvenience. We were experiencing an issue with the email notification delivery in Brizy Cloud on Saturday. It was fixed on Sunday, 19th January. Adding a company email on the list should not affect email deliverability. 

    Please check again if your contact form can send emails . If the issue persists, kindly share with us the URL of your contact page. We will take a look.
