SSL EXPIRES?
Anyone else's SSL which is provided by Brizly, just randomly expires without any warning and without any steps or solutions on how to fix it?
Would actually pay for this to never happen, if we were managing it ourselves it wouldnt happen :(

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for contacting us.
It seems you may have recently updated your DNS settings. To resolve the issue, please remove the A and AAAA DNS records.

Once this is done, kindly let us know so we can verify it from our end.
Best regards,

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for the update.
I understand that the A and CNAME records are showing correctly in your account dashboard. However, the additional A and AAAA DNS records I mentioned in my previous reply may cause a conflict, preventing your website from resolving properly.
You can use the following online tool to confirm the presence of these extra DNS records:
https://dnschecker.org/#AAAA/systemsandteams.com
https://dnschecker.org/#A/systemsandteams.comI recommend contacting your domain registrar for assistance in identifying the source of the DNS records.

i spoke to them already and they said everything is correct and that i only have 1x a record under systemsandteams.com and the issue is stemming from your side?

Ive been told the IP address is from the web forwarding as shown below. This web forwarding has always existed and worked fine with your SSLs in the past, we have not updated or changed anything. It is also required as many, and i mean many hundreds of our customers reported that when they visited systemsandteams.com without the www. or the http:// it didnt load, so we were forced to add the web forward in.
with that being said, fix the ssl like it was 48 hours ago, we have not changed anything, it should just be able to work like it did before.

Hi Jamie,
Thank you for your response.
Please remove the web forwarder, as it typically creates DNS records that point to the IP address specified by your domain registrar. A custom domain cannot point to two different IP addresses. Also, kindly remove the AAAA record, as leaving it will prevent the SSL certificate from being generated.

This has been removed 12 hours ago, why are we still offline? This is insane,
