CSS not loading

Hi there

In the editor, the site displays as it should (at the right), but in the front end the CSS does not seem to be loading in the front end (at the left). I have tried everything I could think of, but cannot seem to get this resolved.

  Hi Wim,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please confirm if you're able to replicate the issue when all other plugins, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, are disabled? There's a chance that this issue is occurring due to a conflict with another plugin. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could try switching to a different theme and see if that resolves the issue.

  I have created a staging and disabled all but Brizy and Birzy Pro, but the issue is still there.

  Hi Wim,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please try rolling back to the following versions to see if this resolves the issue? We’ve received similar reports, and our developers are already working on a fix.

  Brizy 2.6.4        : https://jmp.sh/hTF2g1V8
  Brizy Pro 2.6.3  : https://jmp.sh/3FPsswmy

  Follow the below procedure to roll back.

  1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
  2. Deactivate and delete Brizy
  3. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy 2.6.4
  4. In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro 2.6.3

  We’ve recently released an update to address the issue. Please ensure you have the following versions installed and let us know if the problem persists.  

  

  If the issue continues, could you kindly provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can inspect your site? Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:
