Unable to create post elements - Brizy Cloud

I only get a empty outline when I try to add a post element in a block. I already have posts created and when I preview the page I only see a code in place of the post element. Please advise.

  Hello Vincent,

  Kindly check the "Filter" options you have selected in the Posts element. If you make the following selections in the in the "Filter" tab, the Posts element should display all blog posts. You can narrow down your listing by selecting a specific category in the "Include by" field.
