CANCEL SUSCRIPTION

Please I need your help, yesterday made me a charge in mi credit card by the renovation of Brizi services, but I want to cancell, in this moment I`m not using your valuable services, so what can I do to request the reversion to this charge?
I wrote yesterday by email requesting revers the charge.
The automatly answer give me a Ticket (43299) ASAP.
Please help me.
