Cancel Subscription
I am trying to cancel my subscription but keep getting stuck in a loop. The journey is:
Account>Cancel Subscription>Proceed to Cancellation Dashboard>Request Cancellation
but the last step just lands me back on the Cancellation Dashboard.
Please help me cancel my account, I do not wish to renew.
