Brizy Pop-Up not appearing in Wordpress

I've activated a Pop Up on my wordpress website (exit pop) and I noticed that it is not appearing. I had a friend check on his end and it didn't show up there either (ex. here's a link where it should be appearing: https://robcressy.com/starting-a-podcast/).

Anyone know how to fix this? From what I see in my wordpress dashboard, everything is set up correctly. 

P.S. I am currently using Nitropack. Also, not sure if this has anything to do with my website theme?

  Hi Robert,  

  Thank you for contacting us.

  It seems like the issue with your exit intent popup might be related to Nitropack optimizations. Sometimes these tools interfere with the scripts required for the popup to work. To check, try temporarily disabling Nitropack and see if the popup appears. 

  If that made no difference, you can isolate the issue by disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro. Then, test the popup again. If it works, you can re-enable the other plugins one by one as you test your site, until the issue occurs. This will help you find the conflicting plugin.

  Lastly, while less likely, your theme could be a factor. You might try switching to a default theme temporarily to rule it out.
