Hi Brizy Team, 

I purchased the wrong plan. Can I request a refund once I cancel this? 
Our team needs the Brizy Wordpress and not the Cloud.

  Hello Ambrosio,

  Let me share with you what I understand from your account. Please confirm if this is true.

  After purchasing the "Personal Cloud" plan for $189.00, you later chose the "Update Subscription" option and switched to the Personal WordPress plan for $59.00. $59.00 out of $189.00 was apportioned to the first year of your personal WordPress subscription. The remaining amount will go toward the subscriptions in the subsequent years. Your account now has a credit of nearly $130.
