    Could you please confirm if you can replicate the issue if you disable all other plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro?

    No i checked its not related to any other plugin. check attached screenshot for when i update it to 8.4 but it is fine when roll back to 7.4 ALSO godaddy is charging fee to remain on the older version so i have to renew this. Please help.

    Hello Vikas,

    The above error is not related to Brizy. You could try these steps.

    • In your GoDaddy account, under the webhosting section, click on the "cPanel Admin" button
    • Follow the procedure in the screen recording at https://jmp.sh/aLatsKAB to enable the MySQL extension

    If this does not work, kindly take the help of the GoDaddy support to fix this issue.
