None of my Brizy wordpress site(s) pages will save or update

I have multiple sites using Brizy Pro, with different hosts, and none of them are able to save any changes to the pages.

I am getting this error "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

I need to be able to do updates, so this is a pretty urgent issue

  Hello Eli,

  There are two common reasons for this error.

  1. Maximum size of HTTP requests set in ModSecurity prevents your Brizy pages from saving changes
  2. Wordfence Firewall blocks Brizy editing mistaking it as malicious

  Kindly follow the instructions in the troubleshooting guide at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210 to fix this error. If you do not have success, we will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to fix the issue.
