Form settings not working
When I try to change the email or APPS settings in the contact forms, the options do not load and I only see the spinning wheel nonstop. The only option that does show is the recaptcha. Is there a malfunction or how can I get this to work? I want to receive an email when a form is filled out. Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please try to duplicate the current form and reconfigure it. I received a similar issue earlier and this seem to have worked.
Please note that duplicating the form will remove the previous settings, allowing you to reconfigure it as needed.
Please give this a try and let me know how it goes.
