Brizy PRO issue
Hi,
I have 2 subscriptions: 1) brizy cloud studio until sept 10, 2026 and 2) appsumo brizy cloud 5 hosted domains. However, since I have activated brizy, I constantly get information to upgrade to PRO - which is super confusing, since I have still brizy cloud until 2026 AND pro for 5 domains.....can you please check that i do not get the info about PRO and that i can use the PRO features like before with my brizy cloud studio subscription - thanks.

Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.
- Dashboard V1. Supports unlimited plans with no limits on the number of PRO licenses
- Dashboard V2: Supports plans with fixed number of PRO licenses
Your Brizy Cloud Studio plan offers unlimited Brizy Cloud PRO websites and it needs Dashboard V1. Your AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan offers fixed number of PRO websites and it needs Dashboard V2. Since each plan requires a different dashboard, stacking of both plans into a single account is not feasible.
To solve this issue, kindly consider transferring the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan to a new account.

Please sign up for a new account and share with us the new email address and confirm your interest to transfer the AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 to the new account. We will then manually implement the transfer.

I understand you’d like to transfer fri***mirac.at to the new account. You can begin by cloning the project using this guide: https://www.brizy.io/cloning-functionality-in-brizy-cloud.
After that, unpublish the domain from the old account and add it to the newly cloned project.
