What Now? After Building Membership Page/Registration Page?

    Hello Kevin,

Ideally you should host all pages of your website either with WordPress or Brizy Cloud. Why not migrate all pages to one of the two platforms? Is it beneficial to host some pages of your website in WordPress and other pages in Brizy Cloud?

I would love to do that, K C. That's my question. How do I migrate Brizy ClOUD to Wordpress? AI chat is telling me I have to acquire another plugin in Wordpress in order to make it work. But the one that was suggested, and that I tried...I felt I couldn't trust because I kept finding users that I never added, and then one day suddenly the background color of my pages was gone. On top of that, that plugin added it's own login, membership, etc., pages, and I felt as if my Wordpress was being hacked and taken over. I immediately deleted that plugin.

So I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to migrate CLOUD into my Wordpress. It is one of the final steps of completing my site. I like working in Wordpress and I like working with Godaddy as my host. They are very good to me and work with me to my benefit at all times. Even when I have purchased products that I end up not liking, they give me refunds without question.

But I want to continue using Brizy Pro as my page builder from now on. I don't use Elementor anymore.

    Hello K C,

I figured it out. I simply had to export the page to Wordpress by clicking on the ? inside the little circle on the bottom right corner, in the update, save draft, and preview menu. Then a large menu comes up and you see export pages as an option, and then a video tells you how to do it.

However, once I migrated the page over to Wordpress, there was no video that told me how to make sure the CLOUD functionality could still work in Wordpress, so I went to ChatGPT again and asked. It will tell you that you need another plugin, lime Member Pro, Ultimate Member, or Restrict Content Pro. I found that to not be true.

All I had to do to make the CLOUD functionality work was simply build redirect all links to the new "membership" page that I migrated over from Brizy.

I know you know all of that; I was just posting it for others that may ask the same questions.

    Hello Kevin,

Brizy WordPress supports the membership feature just like Brizy Cloud. However there are some minor tweaks you must make after importing the pages to WordPress.

    • Login and Registration feature in Brizy WP works with the WordPress's native login/registration feature whereas Brizy Cloud has its own login and registration functionality. Hence the login/ registration feature must be recreated using the Brizy WP login/registration element (after importing)
    • Display Conditions added to different blocks based on membership must be reconfigured after importing to Brizy WP since your WordPress project uses a different set of Users and Roles (compared to your Brizy Cloud project)

To get a broad idea of how membership feature works with Brizy WP, have a look at the tutorial Creating Exclusive Membership Experiences with Brizy WordPress | Lesson 15  The webinar by Dimi at Build an Awesome Membership Site with Brizy and WooCommerce - Here's How! can also give you some idea.

Redirecting to Brizy Cloud for membership is not a recommended approach. Users would anticipate staying on the same website or a subdomain when they click the sign-up or login button. You risk losing your users' confidence if you send them to a different website to register or log in.

If you are not able to make the membership feature work after following the above suggestions, kindly get back to us. We will take a look at your project to fix the issue.

K C, this is not working for me. I am very frustrated at this point. You have a great tool here...as a stand alone tool...but it is useless to me outside of your internal network. Whenever I export and import the saved layout into my Wordpress, the registration portion of the layout does not come with it. The only way I can keep the full registration form is by linking to the CLOUD page from a page I built in Wordpress. And I can't do that because CCBill and Visa want the url to be my domain name, not the cloud url that I am connecting to. This is the only issue preventing me from opening my site at this moment and I hate that I will probably have to go to a real webmaster and pay them thousands for one issue. I am not a skilled webmaster, obviously, but I've done pretty good so far at learning everything on my own. This is the only issue left, and CCBill was ready to make my account active whenever I can solve this.

And I hate having to use another third party plugin to use with your plugin. I'm just spending money and everybody wants you to upgrade to "Pro" or their plugin doesn't work either. Such a scam feeling.

K C. Now when I try and embed the form, it is telling me I need to upgrade to Brizy Pro. I already have Brizy Pro. What is going on? The Brizy CLOUD is not recognizing me as a Brizy Pro member, and now the trial has ended. How do I get it to recognize me as a Pro member?

    Hello Kevin,

As I had mentioned in my previous comment, after importing to Brizy WordPress, you will need to redo two things

    1. The login/ registration feature must be recreated using the Brizy WP login/registration element (after importing)
    2. Display Conditions added to different blocks based on membership must be reconfigured after importing to Brizy WP

Have you deleted the login/registration module added in Brizy Cloud and recreated it in Brizy WordPress? Have you reconfigured the display conditions added to different blocks?

If you are not sure how to do these, kindly give us access to your WordPress Dashboard and we will help you with it. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please let us know  in this forum when you send us the email.
