Question about form
Hi, can you please take a look at the contact form that I have for the hosted website (takitosfortune.com). I have it set to "e-mail notification" and inputted in an active e-mail address. Upon testing out the form on the active site, the form doesn't seem to be submitting as it doesn't give any acknowledgement and no e-mail is received on the e-mail address inputted into the form. Thank you.

Due to the validation added for the phone number field, the form was not submitting in most cases. I have now removed the validation and the form now submits with the success message. Please check if you have received the email notification in your Inbox.
