    Hello David,

The path of the custom SVG file is incorrectly specified in the Synced website. The current path  https://bridgepathprep.com/customicon/994df028044caeba5bc5d9ac3c7fa207ba650733defd91c23dd03b6157b86d1d/Heading.svg is non existent. This looks like a bug with the Server Sync software. We will work on fixing it.

To fix this issue in your project, kindly consider replacing the custom icon with the logo image using the Brizy image element.

Do you know when this might be fixed?

The image element doesn't offer a background option, which I am using for the svg.

    Hello David,

Its difficult to predict when we might get to fix this issue.

You can add the background color to the image like at https://jmp.sh/gGGlWC86 To make the image circular, apply corner radius of 100 px or apply a circular mask to the image.

    Hello David,

Today we attempted to replicate the issue on our end. We could not. Have a look at https://www.serversync.brizy.online/. The two icons highlighted here are custom icons and they display well on the server sync website.

Custom icons are however being served from the Brizy Cloud server. Sample path is https://admin.brizy.io/customicon/e65a338f60c012984bce001138f016b08b76a7eb0cc323f0f7bcd815b2b15f0f/1-116670.svg From my test, it looks like this may not be a bug.

This most certainly is a bug with Server Sync. I've had this problem a few times in the past and most recently with a client's site who is using server sync. Is there going to be any serious effort to fix this issue?

    Hello Steve.

Can you please share the URL of the Server Sync website, your Brizy Cloud Workspace, the Project Name and highlight the icon which is not being updated in the frontend? We will take a look.
