Trying to Pay for Cloud Pro

I've been trying to pay for the Brizy Cloud Pro. I've attempted to pay with my bank card, Google Pay, and I even signed up for PayPal and verified my bank info. None of them are working. Are you experiencing problems with your Stripe? I'm not sure what to do

  Please check with your bank why the card was blocked.
