Global Blocks

Global blocks not working properly. 
I want to display a global block on a specific location of a page. 
Sometimes the block isn't visible ... and sometimes is not placed where I want...

  Hello Terra,

  For global blocks to work well, you must follow this best practice.

  All global blocks must be placed towards the top and bottom of a page and non global  (regular) blocks must be in between the top and bottom global blocks. This means you can have a few global blocks at the top, then a few regular blocks in the middle and a few global blocks at the bottom.

  If you place global blocks randomly anywhere on the page, without adhering to the above best practice, the positioning can become difficult.

  Kindly follow the above best practice by converting some of your regular blocks to global and check if the issue with positioning of global block gets fixed.
