    Hi RK,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you kindly provide temporary access to your hosting panel so we can investigate the issue further?

In the meantime, please check if optimizing the database might resolve the problem. You can refer to this guide for assistance:   https://www.godaddy.com/en-ph/help/optimize-table-in-mysql-7364

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I optimized the database, and same error. Also I sent you the control panel accounts by email.

    Hi RK,

Thank you for the update. I will have another team member take a look at this issue. Upon checking, it appears that this error message was present in an older version and has resurfaced. I'll get back to you as soon as I have an update.

In the meantime, the WP Dashboard indicates that your SQL server is outdated. Could you please check this on your end?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi RK,

Thank you for your cooperation. I’ve created a private ticket and escalated this issue to one of my colleagues for further investigation. You’ll hear back from them once they have finished inspecting your site.

    Best regards,

    Hi Ariel,

Thank you for that. And yes, I'm still using MySQL5.7. And not upgrade to MySQL8 yet.
However, I have another website, using MariaDB10.5.9 which should be similar with MySQL8. And with same problem.
If you think I should upgrade to MySQL 8 first, I will deal with that tomorrow.

    Regards,
    R. K.

    Hi RK,

My colleague has replied to the private ticket requesting your site's credentials. I forwarded the credentials you previously provided, but they no longer appear to be valid. Could you please check if you received the email from support@brizy.io?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
