    Hello Paulo,

The Duplicator plugin is not required to import a saved block from one project to another. Let's say you want to import a saved block from Project A to Project B. Kindly follow these steps

    • Hover your mouse over the saved block you want to import in Project A and click on the "Download" icon (down arrow with a line at the bottom)
    • In the the saved blocks library of Project B, click on the "Import New Block" button and select the ZIP file you downloaded in the previous step
    • This will add the specific block to Saved Blocks library. Import the block to a Brizy page in Project B, by clicking on the imported block in the Blocks Library.

Thank you for your reply. I know the mechanics, and I have been using it. My question was about syncing to the cloud. When I enter my Brizy account (I have a Brizy for WP freelancer license) to connect, it says 'invalid user'. If I try to click 'sign up' in the connection dialog, and enter my account details, it says 'something went wrong'. When I enter brizi.io and try to activate a free Brizy cloud account (I think one is needed for saved blocks sync) I only get a 15-day trial.
I is not possible for Brizy for WP Pro and up licensed user to use the cloud sync? Your videos says otherwise, but I can't find a way to activate it. How do I do?

    Hello Paulo,

Signing into the Brizy Cloud dashboard is not possible once the trial period ends. However you can sync your saved blocks using your Brizy account credentials. In case the credentials do not work, kindly use the password recovery option.

Even if you see an error message, look for an email from support@brizy.io in your Inbox and click on the "Change your Password" button

I don't want access to Brizy Cloud dashboard, I don't have a trial account and I don't want to activate one. I just want to use the saved blocks cloud sync functionality with my Brizy for WP license. Is this possible or not? If yes, please tell me how, as I can't connect using my brizy.io account, and I can't sign up using it either.
If I try to use password recovery, I get a 'The email address format is not valid' message, and it is the same email I use to login to brizy.io.

Unfortunately, the password reset link expired very quickly, before I noticed your reply, even if it was just a couple of hours after you sent it. Can you please re-send? I'll be monitoring my email, so that it doesn't expire again.
    Thanks and merry Christmas!
