    Hello Richard,

Apart from pointing to the Brizy Cloud server, your domain name also points to a 20i server with the IP 2a07:7800::216. Kindly delete the AAAA record with the IP 2a07:7800::216 and get back to us. We will install the SSL certificate.

    Hello Richard,

Both A and AAAA records are DNS record types that link an IP address with a domain name; however, AAAA records use IPv6 addresses, and A records use IPv4 addresses. AAAA records are becoming more important as the internet grows and the number of available IPv4 addresses diminishes.

In your instance, the domain points to the AWS server that houses Brizy Cloud via the A Record with IPv4 34.237.47.210. It also pointed to a 20i server with the IPv6 address 2a07:7800::216. You had to remove the AAAA record since a single domain cannot be hosted on two separate servers.

We have fixed the issue with the SSL. Kindly reload the page on your browser to see the latest change.
