Problem with betimes app - website is down.

Good day.

The betimes application has stopped working properly on brizy. Please read the information and the effect I want to achieve.

The betimes application: An application that allows you to create an individual clock based on the cookies of a given customer. It counts down the time and after it ends, if necessary, redirects to another sales page or performs other programmed actions. Application website: https://app.betimes.pl/

My offer: The offer includes an online course in a basic version, an advanced version and a package of both. If the customer uses the offer within an hour, they will receive an additional physical product. If they do not use it, they will not receive a physical product, and the offer for the course will end for the customer after 4 days. After 4 days, they can only sign up for the waiting list.

Funnel: The Wordpress funnel contains 3 websites.

Landingpage 1: An offer page with an additional physical product with a clock counting down one hour. After the time has elapsed, betimes redirects to landingpage 2.
Landingpage 2: A page with a course offer WITHOUT a physical product with a clock counting down 4 days. After this time, betimes redirects to landingpage 3 with a registration form.
Landingpage 3: A page with information that the sale has ended and you can sign up for the waiting list.

PROBLEM: After entering Landingpage 1, betimes redirects to Landingpage 2. Then some error occurs and the page starts refreshing in a loop and it is not possible to edit it. It looks like brizy crashed. There is no way to update the page and edit it. betimes clocks do not work. Everything is down.

We have already checked the betimes page - everything works.

It also worked on brizy. Now it does not work.

Please intervene. Can I give you access to the account now?

    Hello Wojciech,

    Kindly share the URL of your website where you are experiencing the above issue. Kindly demonstrate the "PROBLEM" you have mentioned above in a screen recording.  Especially the part "After entering Landingpage 1, betimes redirects to Landingpage 2. Then some error occurs and the page starts refreshing in a loop and it is not possible to edit it"
