Hi Support, Please cancel my annual subscription and refund cc. I don't have time to evaluate the platform by Jan 3, so I may repurchase early next year. FYI: I went through the cancellation process via Stripe. I left unsure: I didn't receive email confirmation, and the success page says, "Your subscription will be canceled on December 3, 2025," one year from purchase, which, of course, is different from a 30-day trial refund. Understand young venture and doing your best, which is impressive.

  Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve decided to cancel your subscription. We can proceed with the cancellation, but please note that the same discount won’t apply if you choose to repurchase it later. Alternatively, we can extend your trial period if needed.
