Cannot change hover colour on icons
Hi !
I am trying to change my icons hover colour to white but they remain fixed at a bright blue (which is one of my site theme colours). I've tried setting it to white in the hover settings which I believe is correctly set (see screenshot) but it won't reflect that change in the hover state in real life. I tried other random hover colours as a test, but it stays stuck on the blue each time. The background colours are working fine (blue icons with black on hover) - but just need the icons to stay white.
Can someone advise how to overcome this?

The site is here: https://abrgroupnt.brizy.site/ and the icons in question are in the top navbar (email and facebook)
Thanks in advance.

Hello Eva,
Have a look at https://jmp.sh/jirw7cu7 for the procedure to set normal and hover colors for your icons. If you have more questions, kindly get back to us.

Hi KC George, thank you for the video.
I understand how it works and this is the exact procedure I was following (see my screenshot and explanation above). For some reason there is a glitch when you want to keep the icon colour the same but only change the background. I have managed to change the email icon perhaps because you have reset it somehow. See how the Facebook icon is stuck with the blue hover? Yet in the editor colour picker, for the hover state - it shows as white.

Hello Eva,
You are right; there was some issue with the Facebook icon. I have recreated it to fix it. Kindly check.

Oh ok, thanks for fixing. Can you tell me how to control this myself in future as I add the FB icon to just about every site.

Since the Facebook icon was not responding to changes, I deleted it and recreated it. In this specific case, I duplicated the mail icon element and changed its icon to Facebook. If you had added hyperlink to the Facebook icon, kindly do it again.
