How to limit the length of the title shown

How to limit the length of the title shown in the post list or asset list block? when its going to be 2 row lines, I want it to just have a 3 dots instead of showing all length of the title. I want the result to be just like the above. Thank you.

  At the moment, there isn’t an option available to limit the length of the title in the post list or asset list block and have it truncated with three dots. However, we appreciate this suggestion.
