I have Brizy pro plan LTD App zumo. But it still says upgrade to pro in builder and cannot access headder footer and templates that have pro badge

I have Brizy pro plan LTD App zumo. But it still says upgrade to pro in builder and cannot access headder footer and templates that have pro badge. And whats your support email or chat etc. how do i get some support. thanks

  You AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan allows you 5 PRO websites and unlimited Free websites. Kindly activate PRO feature on the above project to access PRO elements.
