Recaptcha for google

I setup Google recaptcha v3 sucessfully on a new site about a month ago. I have receieved this email from Google;

When I open the link It shows me this page

what do I do? Why am I getting this email?

  Could you try generating a new Site Key and Secret Key to see if the issue persists?
