Video Format Changed from 16:9 to 9:16 and video runs sideways

On a pop-up I just installed at https://fas-trak.com I wanted a video of a new product to greet the page viewers with a page load pop-up. It was taken in portrait, not landscape so I reset the format on the Video Element accordingly. It plays fine on a laptop/desktop, but runs sideways on a mobile devise. Any suggestions?
