Mobile Hambuger is Not Working (Brizy WP)

The mobile hamburger menu on my client's site no longer works.

 

It works in the Brizy editor but not on live mobile devices.

 

Can anyone help?

I've cleared the cache several times.

 

No new plugins have been added that could clash with Brizy

 

They have a lot of traffic going to the site, so this is urgent.

  Hello Stewart,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue with the hamburger menu has been fixed. We have carried out these steps.

  • Seraphinite Accelerator plugin has some conflict with the Brizy's hamburger menu. We have switched to "Simple" Settings of the plugin to make it work with Brizy
    
  • Resaved the display conditions for the global header and cleared cache.

  Please check if the hamburger menu works as expected.

  Can you please share the original Accelerator plugin settings so I know what to avoid next time?

  Hello Stewart,

  My colleague Basharat Reyas fixed the hamburger issue for you. I checked with him. He ran the "Simple" setup wizard of the plugin and to the question "What is the performance of the site's hosting (it means processors), he selected the answer "Medium". The earlier choice was "High".

  Thank you for fixing the hamburger menu. 

  It works, however...

  In your efforts to fix it, other parts of the site are now broken.

  It has now broken other pages:

  These pages have custom flip images coding (not the feature recently introduced into Brizy), but our own custom code.

  They worked perfectly for over a year now and looked like this https://screenshare.mediagroup15.com/recordings/HtGJtFhyhTtVntl8tUOG.

  But now the images are stacked on top of each other (there are always two picture of the same person), and the flip features are no longer working.

  I'm going to restore the site to how it was before and make a staging site copy so you can find a clean fix.

  I cannot stress how urgent this is.

  My client is sending paid traffic to the site and needs this to be fixed as soon as possible.

  Hello Stewart,

  Please proceed to restore the website from an older backup. After the restoration, kindly create a staging site. We will update Brizy plugins in staging and tweak the Accelerator settings to fix the hamburger issue without disturbing the custom code for the flip images.
