Unable to edit post URL

Hi, 

I'm unable to edit the URL on a post. 

I've updated the slug but it keeps showing the default.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Did you try updating the Permalinks?

  If not, to update your permalinks in WordPress:

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Permalinks.
  3. Select a more friendly structure, such as Post name or a custom structure that suits your needs.
  4. Click Save Changes.
