Why can't a 'designer' add PRO blocks to a website

I added a member in my agency account - the role is set to designer.

I assumed that, as a designer, they would be able to use all the blocks that I have access to. I.e. the PRO blocks.

Please advise if this is the case, and how I can overcome the issue that currently they cannot help with website development since they cannot add these blocks.

  Hello Paul,

  Yes; designers added to a workspace have access to all the builder elements including PRO elements. They can add any element to the page, create new designs or edit existing designs. 

  For instance, in the "lanas egg whites" workspace, Tony Stark who is a designer has access to all the PRO elements in the builder. Tony should be able to edit existing designs and add new designs. 

  Please let us know the "Workspace" name, the Team Member and what is not accessible to the Team Member so that we can take a look.
