Refund my November Subscription and Cancel Ongoing Sub
Hi!
I contacted Brizy 31 days after the charge, just a day late. As a customer for five years who has spent over $500 on subscriptions, I kindly request either a refund or that the amount be rolled into 10 lifetime seats, which I could purchase from AppSumo for $100, (and did).
I was disabled in an accident in January 2023, and my finances are very tight. As a long-time customer and supporter of Brizy, I hope you can fulfill this request.
Additionally, please cancel my subscription so I am not charged again, as I purchased the lifetime cloud offer from AppSumo for 10 seats for less than $100.

We are sorry to hear about your disability following an accident in January 2023. We appreciate your ongoing business from 2019.
As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions,
Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year.
Hence your renewal payment of $99.00 on November 2, 2024 is not eligible for refund. We have cancelled your subscription to the Brizy PRO Studio plan and its scheduled to expire on November 2, 2025. You will not incur additional costs.
