Product Categories Page showing up blank in Brizy-WP

Hi Support,

I had a problem with my Brizy-WP where when I created a new category and added products in it, It just navigates to a blank page. All other category pages work normally except this new one. Recently, even the loading of the home screen may appear white/blank.

  Hello Trevoulin,

  Please carry out these two preliminary tests

  1. If you have installed LiteSpeed Cache plugin, in the WordPress Admin bar, select the LiteSpeed icon and then the "Purge All LSCache" option. Kindly install the plugin if you have not already, purge all Litghspeed cache and and check if the issue resolves.
     
  2.  In the Display Conditions for the Category Archive template, kindly ensure the Xmas Specials category is not excluded
      

  If these do not help, we will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to troubleshoot this issue

  Hello Trevoulin,

  We have escalated this issue to a developer and he is looking into it now. We will get back to you as we make some progress.

  Hello Trevoulin,

  The category archive page for the Christmas Specials appears working now. I don't think we did something at our end to fix it.
