Wrong subscription
Dear Brizy Support Team, I am writing to request the cancellation of my Brizy Cloud Personal subscription. I recently purchased this subscription by mistake, as I actually intended to subscribe to Brizy for WordPress.I realize now that I have chosen the wrong product for my needs. As per your terms and conditions, I understand that I have the right to cancel my services at any time
Could you please process this cancellation as soon as possible? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.If there are any specific steps I need to take or forms to fill out for the cancellation process, please let me know.Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this request.

EDIT: Additionally, I also mistakenly purchased a new WordPress license. My intention was to extend my current subscription using the offer available, but instead, it was processed as a new license purchase.As a result, I kindly ask you to cancel both the Brizy Cloud Personal subscription and the additional WordPress license. I deeply apologize for my double mistake and for any inconvenience this may cause. I am truly mortified by this situation and hope for your understanding.

You have made these two purchases recently
- Personal Cloud for $94.50
- Personal WordPress for $29.50
The Brizy PRO Personal Legacy plan that you purchased in March 2021 is no longer available. Therefore, PRO licenses cannot be added to this plan. With the Personal WordPress plan you bought recently, you can purchase additional licenses. For instance, you can purchase a single additional license if you like.

I recommend these steps for you
- Cancel and get a refund for the Personal Cloud plan
- Since you want to buy additional Brizy PRO licenses, keep the Personal WordPress plan. Making additional purchases is made easier and more affordable with this plan.
- Cancel the legacy Brizy PRO Personal plan by the end of the current subscription period, March 6, 2025.
- Add a second Pro license to your account in March, generate a new licensing key and swap the license key that was added to your existing website.
You have time till January 04, 2025 to cancel and get a full refund for your recent purchases. After taking into account the above recommendations, kindly get back to us with your decision. We will be happy to assist you with your cancellations and refund.

An option to cancel your subscription is not available in your Brizy account. By filling up the form at https://www.brizy.io/cancel, you can make a cancellation request. Brizy Support manually cancels product subscriptions.
We have cancelled your Personal Cloud plan and have refunded $94.50. We have also cancelled the Personal WordPress plan and have refunded $29.50. These two transactions should reflect in your card statement in 7-10 business days.
