License Issue

I went to buy a new license and it was prorating me at $22.58 for Freelancer. There was an issue with the card I was using and I went to use a different card and it told me I had to redo my purchase again, when it reloaded the prorated price was gone.

  Hello Kasaundra,

  I see that you could upgrade to the Freelancer Plan at the prorated rate $22.58. Has this problem been resolved?
