Severe problems - update button missing entirely

i can't update my site because the editor for some reason doesn't have the update button available.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The likely cause of this issue is due to a conflict, could you please try to isolate the issue by disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if you can replicate the issue?

  This could also be caused by a version mismatch between Brizy and Brizy Pro. Please make sure both versions are up to date.

  

  If you've already done these steps, could you kindly give us temporary access to your WP Admin details? This will allow us to futher check the issue. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io
