    Unfortunately renewal payments are not eligible for refunds as per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions 

    "Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year"
