Issue with user account
We have a user added to a workspace but they are unable to get into it. They are listed as a manager in the workspace and when they login it only gives them the option to start their free trial. What might be the issue?

Kindly check with the user if they received an email with the subject: "You've been invited to collaborate!" from noreply@brizy.cloud. They must click on the "Get Started" link in the email to join your workspace.

Hello David,
Ask Natali to try again. The button "Go To Brizy Cloud" is now available . By clicking on this button, Natali can access the dashboard.

So the account now says that there is a free pro trial that will end on the 18th of December because the Workspace is with us shouldn't she not need a pro account?

Hello David,
The free trial plan will give this user access to Pro features on her own projects for 14 days if she worked on them in "My Personal Projects" or another workspace. She would have access to your Pro license when she switches to your workspace where she is a "Manager."
