    Hello Daniel,

Without Brizy's integration with MailPoet, you might be able to send out WooCommerce transactional emails using the plugin. Kindly install the MailPoet plugin, follow the procedure at MailPoet Email Marketing for WordPress WooCommerce plugin  and check if the transactional emails go out via MailPoet. Let us know your finding.

    Hello,

It took a while to figure out that MailPoet, which works perfectly when I publish an article on WordPress, cannot integrate the same article if I use the Brizy template. More specifically, I think the header cannot be properly handled. If I use the automation that groups the last articles whenever I publish one, everyone is displayed with the code, which affects the newsletter's readability.

I can I fix it? I attached some screenshots (editor side and test email)

    Thanks

    Michela

    Hello Ariel,
I provided the screenshot. I didn't understand what do you mean to replicate the problem.
Brizy properly works with articles usually, the problem happens with Mailpoet when fetching the content to issue the newsletter.
    The website is www.realbustoasd.it

    Thanks
    Michela

    Hello Michela,

We do not have experience making MailPoet work with Brizy. Can we have a look at your WordPress Dashboard to see how you have setup MailPoet along with Brizy? We can then possibly suggest a solution to fix this issue. If you want us to take a look at this issue, please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please let us know  in this forum when you send us the email.

    Hello Michela,

The problem you are facing on your website is not due to incompatibility between MailPoet and Brizy.

When you edit a blog post using Brizy, the automated excerpt generation stops working, whereas it works great for blog posts that are added using the Gutenberg editor.  To fix this issue, kindly add a custom excerpt to each blog post following the procedure at How to Add Custom Post Excerpts on WordPress This should be done for all your existing blog posts which are edited using Brizy. I have added custom excerpts for 3 of your blog posts and those display without codes at https://www.realbustoasd.it/category/calcio/.

You could consider adding your blog post content in the Gutenberg Editor and using a Brizy Blog post template to give it a Brizy design to avoid having to manually add excerpts to each blog post in the future. You can follow the procedure at Part 3 WordPress Blogging: Templates in Gutenberg Posts If you have more questions, kindly get back to us.

    Hello Michela,

I missed one point. To add the theme header and footer to your blog posts, kindly set the "Default" Page Template after selecting the "Page" icon on the left sidebar. I have set the "Default" Page Template for one of your blog posts https://www.realbustoasd.it/decima-giornata/ Kindly repeat the same for other blog posts.
