Cancel Personal WP

I am subscribed to Personal WP for Brizy Pro and I want to cancel my subscription but your "cancel subscription" is making loops without actually cancelling the subscription.

Could you please cancel my subscription and send me a verification email that the subscribion has been canceled? I don't need anymore the features that Brizy pro is providing (I say this because I see here that you are asking this to a lot of people that are canceling).
